It is regarded as one of the best institutions due to its discipline, teaching technique and favorable teaching environment. In the meantime we achieved name and fame due to cent percent successful result in all public exams and has acquired position in top of Sylhet education board.
The students of the institution take part actively and successfully in the programs organized by Government and local authorities.
In all respects, considering over all activities the institution is one of the best in Sylhet division as well as all over Bangladesh.

মানুষ সব সময় জ্ঞান লাভের প্রতি আগ্রহী। এরকম আগ্রহ থেকে অত্র এলাকার তৎকালীন কিছু উৎসাহী ও শিক্ষানুরাগী ব্যক্তিবর্গের প্রচেষ্ঠায় ১৮১০ সালে ফুলসাইন্দ গ্রামে বর্তমান ২নং ফুলসাইন্দ সরকারী প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয় প্রতিষ্ঠার মাধ্যমে অত্র এলাকায় প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা প্রসারে যাত্রা শুরু করে। পরবর্তী ধাপে ধাপে ১৯৩১ সালে বর্তমান ১নং ফুলসাইন্দ সরকারী প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়, ১৯৩৭ সালে বর্তমান পূর্ব ফুলসাইন্দ সরকারী প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয় প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়। ১৯৪১ সালে এলাকার দরদী ব্যক্তিবর্গের আন্তরিক প্রচেষ্টায় ইসলামী শিক্ষার আলো ছড়িয়ে দিতে বর্তমান ফুলসাইন্দ দারুল ক্বেরাত দাখিল মাদ্রাসা প্রতিষ্ঠা করেন। তারই ধারাবাহিকতায় মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষার প্রসারের জন্য ১৯৬২ সালে ফুলসাইন্দ জুনিয়র বিদ্যালয় নামে বর্তমান ফুলসাইন্দ দ্বি-পাক্ষিক উচ্চ বিদ্যালয় প্রতিষ্ঠা লাভ করে। পরে মহিলাদের জন্য ইসলামী শিক্ষা দানের জন্য ২০০১ সালে পূর্ব ফুলসাইন্দ মহিলা দাখিল মাদ্রাসা প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়।
এসব প্রতিষ্ঠান প্রতিষ্ঠাকালে যারা সার্বিক সহযোগিতা করেছেন তাদের মধ্যে যারা আজ বেঁচে নেই তাদের রুহের মাগফিরাত এবং যারা বেঁচে আছেন তাদের সুস্বাস্থ্য ও দীর্ঘায়ূ কামনা করছি। বিভিন্ন সময়ে বিভিন্ন জ্ঞানী, গুণী ব্যক্তিবর্গ ফুলসাইন্দ দ্বি-পাক্ষিক উচ্চ বিদ্যালয়ে পদার্পন করে অত্র এলাকায় শিক্ষ প্রসারে সহযোগিতা করেছেন। এসব ব্যক্তিবর্গের মধ্যে ১৯৭২ সালে মুক্তিযুদ্ধের সর্বাধিনায়ক জেনারেল এম.এ.জি. ওসমানী ১০/১১/১৯৭২ইং তারিখে ফুলসাইন্দ দ্বি-পাক্ষিক উচ্চ বিদ্যালয়ে আগমন করে অত্র এলাকার সুনাম বৃদ্ধি করেন। পরে ১৯৯৭ সালে বর্ষীয়ান রাজনীতিবিদ, মুক্তিযুদ্ধের সংগঠক, তৎকালীন পররাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী আলহাজ্ব আব্দুস সামাদ আজাদ, এম.পি. তৎকালীন শিক্ষা…
